Celebrate your furiend with embroidery!
Do you want to celebrate your pet (or a loved one's pet) with a DIY portrait... but you can't draw?
Well, if you can poke a needle through a piece of felt over and over (and over) again, you can create your own custom pet portrait! And better yet, I'll provide you all of the tools you'll need—from the drawing of your pet to the thread you'll use—and show you how to get started during my in-person workshop.
Take my pet portrait workshop
I'm teaching Turn Your Pet Into an Embroidered Patch at Make Apothecary in Bothell on Saturday, November 15, from 2 pm to 4 pm.
What will happen during the workshop:
- You'll receive a customized kit with everything you need to stitch your pet. (Everything! Down to the needle!)
- I'll show you how to complete beginner-friendly stitches and other techniques you'll need to know to complete the project.
You will leave with:
- Knowledge of how to complete your project.
- Digital instructions you can access forever, if you need a refresher.
This workshop is my last of the year, and it comes at the perfect time for handmade gifts! Registration closes November 8.
✨ PS - If you can't make it to the workshop, DIY kits are available on my website.
Talk to you soon,
